Neck pain is a very common complaint. As demands in office work increase, improper desk setup (ergonomics) and poor posture strain neck and back muscles and over time can develop irreversible conditions. Taking the right preventative measures as soon as pain is experienced can prevent you from requiring surgery in the long run.
